Guidance, not advice
Our tools, templates and articles summarise law and good practice as we understand it at each page's last-reviewed date. Law changes; individual situations differ; and no automated tool can weigh the facts of your case. For decisions that matter — employment disputes, safeguarding decisions, capacity assessments, regulatory notifications — use the tools to inform your thinking, then follow your organisation's procedures and take advice from a qualified source (a solicitor, ACAS, your regulator, or the relevant professional).
Accuracy
We take accuracy seriously: content carries a last-reviewed date, legal parameters (like minimum wage rates) are updated on a schedule, and every page has a report an error route that goes to the top of our queue. Even so, we cannot guarantee that everything is complete, current or error-free, and we accept no liability for reliance on it.
